আমরা এই ফেরত এবং রিটার্ন নীতি প্রণয়ন করছি, যা আমাদের গ্রাহকদের ডিজিটাল পণ্য ফেরত এবং রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কে নির্দেশিকা প্রদান করে।

• ডিজিটাল পণ্যের স্বভাব অনুযায়ী, একবার লাইসেন্স কী বা পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হলে, ফেরত দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।
• যদি অর্ডার না হয়ে পেমেন্ট হয়ে যায়, সেক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে।
• অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটি কনফার্ম না হওয়া পর্যন্ত প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করে নেওয়া যাবে।
• কোন প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্নের আওতাভুক্ত নয়।
• অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটি আমরা ডেলিভারি করতে ব্যার্থ হলে ক্রেতাকে উক্ত মূল্য রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।
• রিফান্ড এর ক্ষেত্রে ১ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘন্টা সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে। (bKash Online Payment) এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
• গেটওয়ের ক্ষেত্রে গেটওয়ে প্রতিষ্ঠানের রিফান্ড শর্ত অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে, গেটওয়ে প্রতিষ্ঠান সাধারণত ৩-৭ কার্যদিবস সময় নিয়ে থাকে।
• রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক কর্তৃক ফি / চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
• কাস্টমারের ইচ্ছাশক্তির পরিবর্তন সহ যে কোন ধরনের রিফান্ডের জন্য কাস্টমারকে গেটওয়ে, সার্ভিস এবং ব্যাংক চার্জ বাবদ তাকে ৮ % খরচ বহন করতে হবে। ৮ % রেখে বাকীটাকা ফেরৎ পাবেন।

We have formulated this Returns and Returns Policy, which provides guidance to our customers on digital product returns and the return process.

• Due to the nature of digital products, once the license key or product has been delivered, refunds are not possible.
• If payment is made without order, refund will be applicable.
• Product changes can be made until the ordered product is confirmed.
• No product is eligible for return.
• If we fail to deliver the ordered product, the price will be refunded to the buyer.
• 1 to maximum 24 hours time will be applicable in case of refund. (bKash Online Payment) is applicable.
• In case of gateway the refund will be applied according to the terms of the gateway institution, the gateway institution usually takes 3-7 working days.
• In case of refund the fee / charge by the bank has to be borne by the buyer.
• For any refund including changes at the customer’s will, the customer will incur 8% gateway, service and bank charges. Retain 8% and get the rest back.
